4. Internship Program Specific Terms

Users enrolling in the OurFirstCode Internship Program agree that:

• Enrollment fees (if applicable) are non-refundable after the specified grace period.
• Internship completion certificates require successful submission of assigned projects.
• Code drafted during an internship remains the intellectual property of the intern unless stated otherwise in project guidelines.
• Participants must maintain professional conduct on all internal communication channels.

5. Careers & Job Applications

By applying via our careers portal, applicants acknowledge that:

• Submission of false information will result in immediate disqualification or termination.
• Assessments, assignments, or coding tests provided during interviews are confidential.
• Our recruitment decisions are at our full discretion based on merit and business requirements.

6. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall OurFirstCode be liable for any damages (including damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use our websites, internship platforms, or career portals.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
